I normally ask for smaller items to be moved out of the way such as any clutter and side tables etc if at all possible. Don’t worry about larger items such as the sofa as this can be moved during the cleaning process.

Carpets and sofas are deep cleaned and only left slightly damp to the touch. Carpets can be in use immediately. They can be completely dry from as little as 2 hours. Pure wool carpets take a little longer. On average I say approx. 5 hours to be thoroughly dry.

You can pay however is most convenient to you. Cash, card or bank transfer are all accepted on the day.
